She represented individuals, corporate clients, nonprofit organizations, and political committees in state and federal courts and administrative forums. She advised clients in lobbying and campaign finance compliance, business contracts, and the incorporation of entities. Her litigation practice was concentrated in business tort and contracts.
Dawn lives in northern Virginia with her husband and daughter. When she’s not working or acting as her daughter’s chauffeur, she enjoys running, cooking, and learning how to ice skate (a work in progress).
