Beth Kingsley to present at ABA EO Committee Virtual Meeting on July 15th
Beth Kingsley will be joining a panel at the ABA Exempt Organizations Committee Virtual Meeting on July 15th to discuss PLR 202005020 and current issues affecting the use of shared services agreements by affiliated entities. The meeting includes three hours of programming including a series of panels from IRS and Treasury speakers, update on UBIT “Silo” Section 512(a)(6) and Section 4960 regulations, as well as Beth’s panel on shared services agreements.
